    FTO Compensation

    My department is seeking to modify FTO compensation. The current policy is one hour O.T. per each 12-hour shift training the recruit officers. What are other departments offering?

    My agency does 1 hour of comp time per 12 hr shift.

    One hour of comp per 8 hour shift for DORs....I should clarify, it beats the heck out of flexing hour for hour.....thanks Ammendment 1 (for all FL guys)

    We get $75 per pay as well as 1.5 hours of OT per 10hr shift with a rookie.

    Full time 4 percent pay increase for being a trainer

    5% when you become FTO, another 5% after completing 2 years for total 10%.

    10% during training plus 2Hrs OT everyday for report writting

    we get 15 percent increase once certified, plus 5 percent additional with a trainee, plus we are the first for new cars and equipment, plus 10 point increase right off the bat towards the score on the sgt test. and last, one hour of overtime each day
