When he joined the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office in June 2004, he noted in his application he had “no idea” that altering someone’s credit report was “illegal, unethical or a violation of any policy.”

In the summer of 2005, Frye was suspended for 168 hours for showing other Escambia County deputies pornography during their shifts.

He was fired in April 2007 after he used his Taser on a handcuffed teenage girl. In that case, other officers testified the teenager was in custody when Frye needlessly shoved the Taser in her back and jolted her because she was yelling.

I guess there is nothing out there saying you have to be smart to be a deputy. Seriously? Altering someone’s credit not a crime? No wonder he didn’t make it to college.

Old Randy used his wife's bank password to access an Aux man's credit history. When the victim discovered it Frye threatened him if he reported it to the patrol. He was eventually fired for beating a prisoner after he became a deputy.
