    NO THANK YOU! I am happy with my SGT. and my co-workers. I would call out sick before working on some of the others.

    switching Sgts. is probably the best idea yet. please run this up the chain as some of us have been pretty darn unlucky with what we've had to deal with. its not fair to be stuck with a sgt that should never have been promoted in the first place. everyone should get to share in the joy.
