When a police Officer shoots a FELON in Overtown,people come as witnesses from within a two mile area and claim to have observed the incident,even if they were asleep,and will claim that the brother was not braking the law,and that the Officer needs to be arrested.But when " THEY " go to a party and shoot 12 people in front of 200 people,they suddenly become BLIND and nobody seen notin!. And then they want respect.

An MPD unit had a 17 with liberty city Jitney number 4 in overtown. In the time it took the officer to advise he had hit the 14 passenger van, 29 persons claimed they were riders and their backs hurt.

Prove it! How many times has Nestor been written up for SERIOUS VIOLATIONS! I.E. Jorge Gomez has created serious vicarious liability issue for the City of Miami and its residents.
