Well I guess u were wrong. In all cases where a nurse was arrested for refusing a blood draw the charges were droped and the nurses are sueing for monitary damages. The law states that a medical professional may do a blood draw not that they are required. The nurse from Illinoisued and recieved over 70 grand from the officer that arrested her.
