Commissioners should be blamed

The commissioners are the ones that kept approving Ken Jenne budgets year after year which has resulted in the present budget problems. They should all take the blame for allowing this budget to get so high in the first place. How can they now justifly such a high cut under the new sheriff in just one year ? They are all clueless about running a county goverment.
