This WPB drama is all a ploy to get a good contract...There is not going to be a merger. The city will not relinquish its control over the police. See it for what it is; a game to get benefits they really don't need just like Fire Rescue. I heard that LW PD went through the same thing. The city mayor and commision didnt want the take over but it happened. Anyone out there want to fill me in on how it happened.
