Dancing Queen JP where is our contract?

While our Marielito look alike director poses in front of every camera, we go without a contract, a raise or a benefit. JP does not care. He has a great salary of nearly $200k and Gimenez has plans for him once he retires. These days you cannot tell JP from Stahl or Gimenez. All three are happy with their success and we are left waiting for that meager 3%.
If you want to see what is laughable in this department, check out what analysts and computer geeks make a year. While we cap off at about $79k, these desk geniiouses make close or in excess of $100k. While we put our lives on the line and carry all of the responsibility on our shoulders, they make the money and plot their next promotion.
If the PBA truly cares about us they should fight for pay reform. No computer geek should make $100k and definitely not more than those wearing a brown gown.

We cap at 89k just as an officer. without including court, off duty, etc.....

Couldn't agree more. We hire such pu$$ies it's comical. They never shut the f--- up.

Maybe an dense idiot such as you can only apply in South Carolina or become an analyst here at MDPD. This IS a police department not Apple not a digital company. This is a LEO site not intended for those like you who lack the guts to strap on a gun. We have a PBA to represent our interests and we pay dues for the right to seek better pay and benefits. If that bothers you go troll your Analyst blog or whereever the heck you softies drop your gripes..
