    RDA Sergeant JB is sent to SPI even though there are lieutenants and senior sergeants that have not gone. Lt. TR is going to training (consolation prize) and FOP President is pushing to extend list until June which is when the current Lt. KR is planning on retiring so he can get his boy promoted.

    Can U say CAPTAIN JB? Can it be more obvious?

    You are absolutley correct!! At his promotional ceremony there will be a short intermission and then he will be promoted to Captain. At which point, Lt.s TR, AC will be put on suicide watch.

    I was happy to see Toby decide to not be part of that joke command staff. This place is in desperate need of leadership that is ready to take on the criminal element that has moved in over the last few months. Everyone is doing there own thing and the supervisors are LOST.
