What the H**L happened with Kerr?

How could that post be posted? Kerr did more than any other workers did in the last two years I've worked here. He could have been reeled in a bit, but he was a good officer. There is a line there upon activity which is accepted, and I guess Kerr did too much. Others have gotten rewarded for less on their activity. Kerr did too much and showed certain peolple up I think. That probably caused a problem early on in his career and his trainers and supervisors nailed him for it. The guy had a lot of potential, but was cut down in his first year...not even a year on as a law enforcement officer, fired for BS stuff from what I have heard. I never heard his procedures or reports were bad. Its a sad thing.

I heard Kerr did a great job, I guess it just depends on who you are and who you are liked by. This should be a lesson to all the new people working at USF, take it from someone that got out of there two years ago....a lot of BS there for a small agency with not much to offer.

Maybe you can walk up to this socalled Mussolini and tell him to his face. Maybe then you and he can meet somewhere private so you can punch him in the face since you have such a problem with him, sport.

BS! You did a new fellow officer wrong! You don't even have hair! You and your henchman, and Mussolini, enjoy setting new guys up for failure and get enjoyment out of their failure! You get a feather in your cap to weed out employees, and say this guy can't make it like I did! That is BS! Woe to the people in training under these guys!

I left and have never looked back. They pull you in with "This agency is like a family" garbage and then stick it to you any chance they can. Not like any family I have seen except when I respond to a disturbance call at a crack house. You know as a Supervisor, you should look out for the troops assigned under you. If they fail it is because you failed them. Look at it that way because that is the truth in the matter. How good of a supervisor are you if your officers continue to get washed out. I really liked Kerr! A Supervisor should have a backbone and have his umbrella open to shield his troops from being hit with any pigeon PooNanny Shizzle! A'course if yer a sh!t bird, you betta duck snapperhead! :shock: :snicker:

It sounds like the Chief should be checking to see how the rest of you all are spending the money that the tax paying college community as well as myself are providing to you to patrol the streets and not sitting around in empty parking lots with the meters running.

Was the video taken in the old VHS camera form or was it taken in DVD? I would like a copy of it , thanks.
