Step 1: Tell Your Prisoner he is Arrested Prior to Putting in Handcuffs

Step 2: Do not handcuff your prisoner at all, (It gives him/her options to sneak away, like dig a hole, jetason away with a jet pack or the most common, Run as fast as they can.

Step 3: Never, And i mean continue to watch your prisoner throughout the time he is under arrest. (especially if he/she is hungry, needs to go to the bath room or would like to take a leasurely nap).

If you follow these 3 steps to success you too can be successful in loosing your prisoner. :evil:

I wanted to say that all the guys and gals who were working that scene sounded great on the radio. I switched over when the bolo went out to see if I could help and I was very impressed with how well all the lauderhill people sounded during the whole thing.

Mistakes happen, but you guys sounded like you really knew what you were doing to handle it.
You guys deffinatly got your stuff together when it hits the fan we all give you that.
