Chief Willocks is a good leader - he never took anything from us to support his own agenda. My guess is Vincent will be the next chief and Coombs will be a deputy chief.

City manager is saving some money and waiting until the new fiscal year. Currently our two lieutenants are taking turns.

wish it had been coombs, at least he would listen once in a while even if he wasn't interested in what you were saying. morale is at an all time low and there does not appear to be any end in sight. it is likely that some folks are going to leave because things have gotten pretty miserable.
