Please tell me more about those slipshod cases. Virtually all of the narc buys and all of the vice arrests were supported by at least a wire (that was recorded) and very often by video as well. It was as much an officer safety issue as it was about evidence but the recordings did end up as evidence. The major smuggling cases were all thoroughly documented by audio and video recordings.

There may be some skeletons in the old OCB closet, but if so it's not about slipshod cases.

Give some examples of specific slipshod cases. Name names.
