Can anyone suggest any free or low cost training for Crime Scene Techs?

I don't know about your Agency, but we are already getting denied training in the brand new fiscal year. They probably let officers and detectives go to training, but deny us. And most of our training is quite expensive as you know.

Any help is appreciated!!!!
