Courtesy Officer Position

Sundance (located south of Sun City Center) is looking for a courtesy Officer to move in to the Marina park on the Little Manatee River. This park is open only to Sundance residents and is protected by a locked gate so you will not have many users. You must bring in your own trailer on property but well and septic are already in place. All mowing is paid for by Sundance and electric is provided for the first $50. This a perfect opportunity for a fisherman or someone that wants to live off the beaten path. All that we ask is that you provide a presence at the park. Please contact with any questions.
