Salary Step Plan

As a prospective applicant, I was wondering if you guys have a step plan. If so what does it look like or where can I view a copy? Thanks for any input.

Step 1 = $39,382.60 Step 7 = $58,436.20
Step 2 = $41,185.40 Step 8 = $62,823.80
Step 3 = $44,094.60 Step 9 = $66,327.60
Step 4 = $48,632.00 Step 10 = $69,245.30
Step 5 = $51,294.40 Step 11 = $72,917.20
Step 6 = $54,164.80

wow I am a Cpl at step 8 and make step 3 pay.... The numbers must be for new guys because I sure as heck don't make step 8 pay...

Well could someone clarify this for the people would like to know. I know the step two is right. What years do you reach these steps? Thanks for your help in advance.

That isn't TPD'S step plan either....TPD's is higher

Who cares, we are not getting a step raise this year.

And we'll probably won't be getting a step next year either. So just forget about step's and you're probably better off applying in Tampa, Hillsb. or Pinellas county.
