    Handicapped Thinking

    I was doing a sweep of people parked in the Handicap Section, of an elementary school, at dismissal. I found one person parked illegally and ran a check. The $300 parking fine was the least of her worries. Her DL was suspended and the car she was driving was stolen two counties away. Way to maintain a low profile in a stolen car!

    With all those charges, I hope you didn't forget to write her up for the Hadicapped Parking violation LOL.....
