A deputy within your agency came across two female correctional officers from ZCI who were fondling each other breast and who know what else in a Wal-Mart parking lot in NPR. It was reported to the administration but I am wondering why weren't these two females arrested for L&L? Was it because they are females or because they were CO's. I have read in the past where judges and other high ranking official were arrested for basically
doing the same thing. If it was two males would they be arrested??? I think so plus their certifications would be in jeopardy.

Police departments have OFFICERS. Sheriff agencies have DEPUTIES.
