Because Lab is an a s s when he was here and an abject failure in everything he did. So much to the extent that he cried when he wasn't offered an extension on his DROP and had to leave. To make up for his failures he goes around creating stories of false valor to explain a sorry hitch spent as a cookie in the Navy. Jealousy runs deep in him as he served eggs and bacon to real sailors like SEALs. All this nonsense about getting chief's jobs in various locations is just an extension of trying to make himself look better. But it doesn't work because people know the truth. In fact, come call it mental illness bought on by not having a post retirement plan. That's what you get when all you have to do is sit in front of a computer and troll the internet all day.
