This guy really has something going 4 he gets his way here and at MPD. What does he have on the powers to be?

Units were in the Grove ref a 3 32 when a black vehicle drove erratic and was chased by a unit. The chase went up and down the Grove till it was 07ed by a patrol sgt. but the units followed from a far and noticed it went into the State gas station and it was 19ed. The driver was non other than sgt.Ortiz who laughed and the unit said,qru Miami and we moved on. No supervisor called,no complaint room,Ortiz worked their so he must control them too but its rediculous.
People could have been hurt because of this child wanting to race and beat a chase! Thats enough,nothing will get done anyway and this guy will continue to run a P.S.T.,Wow!
