WE WANT ASP'S

Just another humble request. Get rid of the TJ Hooker PR-24's, and issue the ASP's! Hell, I'll buy my own as long as we get the training and the authority to carry it!

I agree, the asp takes much less room in the trunk. :lol: Just kidding. I would actually carry it then--the sound of it being deployed is almost as effective as a taser.

I agree. We should have them FWC, DEP, and DOT carry them. :idea:

You have to remember that an ASP is only an offensive weapon. There is no defensive value to the ASP. The PR-24 is bulky, I know, but it does offer a defensive option in a fight.

ASP is defensive as well once you get to learn how to use it. With that being said, the ASP is probably used just as much as the PR-24-RARELY.
