great job the other nite on the 317. that call was held becus a certain dispatchr cant get off thier cell for more than 2 minutes in order to monitor main and check for calls holding on the cad. goldn beach, county, nmb and sunny isle units were all there before any of us becaus they heard it on intrcoastal. how embarassing! can anyone else see what kind of trainreck this person is constantly?

Dont anyone ever knock our dispatchers...... God for bid, they can do no wrong! Thats just tabooooooooo...When ever anything is ever mentioned about a mistake involving the dispathcers people look the other way.

Thats the good thing about this site. Before the admin would send you to dispatch or records or write you up if you even dared mention any mistakes they make. Talk to JB if you dont believe it. Now through this site we are able to call the incompetence out. There are many dispatchers that are good.....MF, KM, MD, MV to name a few. MB is the one who needs to switch to taking calls instead of being on main. Maybe if he switches he will be able to sleep in late some more.

GUYS IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME DISPATCH MISSES STUFF ON INTERCOASTAL,, FORGET THE "EMBARASSMENT" OF OTHER AGENCIES ARRIVING ON A 317 BEFORE US,,,,

HOW ABOUT WHEN WE DONT GET BOLOS FOR ARMED 29 VEHICLES ALLLLLLL DAY LONG THAT OCCUR JUST A FEW MILES AWAY!!!!

THATS THE SHIIIT THAT WILL GET US SHOT OUT HERE,,, WHEN WE STOP A CAR FOR RECKLESS,, NOT KNOWING THEY JUST ROBBED SOMEONE MINUTES PRIOR,, AND THEY COME OUT SHOOTING...

IT WILL NEVER CHANGE UNTIL ONE OF US GETS HURT BADLY BECAUSE OF IT.

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO MONITOR INTERCOASTAL OURSELVES IN THE UNIT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO STAY SAFE AND KNOW WHAT THE HELL GOES ON AROUND US.

IF WE RELY ON DISPATCH WE WILL GET 1 OUT OF 5 BOLOS IF THAT.

That's not just Aventura--it's countywide....there's a county midnight guy who is sure to give out all pertinent area BOLO's right as they happen. And the dispatchers get annoyed with him!!! WTF>! It's officer safety.
