Ok, would you please list the good and bad stuff of your department :?:Ffor a better idea of what it is like there ? I see that there are good officers there and the job appears ok, can any one list the two ?

NO JOB SECURITY.....
That means no union....
that means you can be fired at any moment without warning or even screwing up....
