HARD ROCK
Sorry -
I thought I was going to have a good time tonight… But you young Bucs had to ruin it and show your A** at the Hard Rock.
How embarrassing is it when the Hialeah Police Department cant even police themselves.

HPD is Sad
Do you expect any less from an unprofessional Department such as HPD! Come on! We have sunk to the depth of Opa-Locka!!! If we can't be professional on the job, do you think the officers will act otherwise off duty? There is very little if any police culture left at HPD. Former Mayor Martinez killed most of the traditions passed on from officer to officer a long time ago!

The rookie is lucky that the Sgt. from Seminole did not hook him. How do you act like that?
How does the Sgt. From Hialeah think he is going to make Lieutenant when he can not even control his men on a night on the town.

How dare you compare Hialeah to Opa-locka! Opa is on the verge of an epiphany and great changes will be coming to it soon. In fact, if you really want to learn how to be a real street cop, you might want to apply with us![/quote]lmao real street cops ok my friend i live in opa and 38's and 37's pass by opa units all the time the opa p.o just ignores em all the time....wait maybe youre to bussy handling calls ![/quote:2esqp9nk]
What is so suspicious about those individuals and vehicles, they are local residents walking about, or operating their vehicles in their community! Besides, in order for a police officer to effect an investigative stop, pursuant to FSS 901.151, the officer must have reason to believe the suspect and/or vehicle was involved, is involved or will be involved in a violation of state law or local ordinance. Here's an educational summary, please read:
