Truth is, you will be nervous. Just be honest.
That is the only sure fire way to beat a polygraph.

Smoke a bong full of pot before you go in and you will be relaxed.

I have just applied for a communications officer position and have been accepted. Does anyone know the polygraph questions they ask you?

Tell the truth. If you used marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine,heroine, hashish, or if you shoplifted, took something that didn't belong to you at work even if you drank another employee's soda you took from the lounge room refrigerator be honest and say it. Because that soda you drank did not belong to you and when they ask you have you ever taken anything that did not belong to you in the back of your mind you are going to think about that soda you took and when you say NO... That machine is going to smoke.

Here in the states we got some of the frequencies from friends. If you know someone in the fire or police department they may give you some. Right now I don't know any other information I can give you except start listening to the different frequencies and see if you can find the ones you would really be interested in.
