THIS REFUSAL TO PASS THE RETENTION BILL WILL COST THE TAXPAYERS OF FLORIDA MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO RETRAIN NEW TROOPERS, NOT TO MENTION PUTTING THE LIVES OF TROOPERS AND MOTORISTS IN FURTHER JEAPARDY.
