One ohhh shizzat does not erase 20 years of great work and dedication. She should get a second chance. The sheriffs office should reconize when an employee is going through a rough time and offer assistance to that employee. After all this is a very stressful job. Supervisors should be looking for signs of potential problems in order to head off an incident like this. It is in the G.O.'s !!!! Perhaps if some of the supervisors at MSO would get out of the office more and partake in a little bit more interaction with their subordinates they may actually get to know them and properly supervise and evaluate them!!!!
"One ohhh shizzat"?? Are you kidding me? The public embarrassment with the whole "flash your badge, show your breasts" doesn't count as a shizzat? The age of the Deputy she was playing with doesn't count? She is a 43yr old woman playing with a very young, barely out of high school Deputy, now it's his fault? He's the stalker? This isn't her first affair, not by a long shot. How many husbands has she had, how many affairs has she had in the last 20yrs, while she was married? Her past is long and immoral. You try to blame her problems on the "stress of the job". If the job is so stressful that she can't continue doing it without medication to control herself, than she shouldn't be doing the job. She states it was a bad day, I have to laugh, those happen everyday on this job, is she going to "snap out" everyday that she has a bad day? If so, who is in jeopardy then, her fellow co-workers, the citizens, a suspect? The Sheriff's Office has an obligation to it's employees and the citizens safety of Manatee County, she has to be terminated. Her lack of self control has been documented over and over again, she's not fit to be a law enforcement officer.

T.G. has displayed a need for agency intervention for some time. That she did ot get it, is in part the fault of the agency. Where was her fitness for duty when this first started being a problem? As to Deputy Gard, maybe he is too young for Tiffany, but it sounds more as if he is too young to be in Law Enforcement, too immature and not responsibile enough to carry a badge and gun. As for his "pusuit of Tifany" and Hagaman's saying that Gard was then duty bound to pursue her? Even GO's would disagree and even if he was on duty he would have to call for supervisor approval and remove himself from any action because of his personal involvement. He is as culpable for his actions as Tiffany and should be facing the same judgment. Not likely with his mom working for Hagaman and Hagaman throwing hsi weight around to protect someone that should also be considered not fit for duty. As susal it is the boys club. Adultery takes two, as did this incident. If one had backed off it would not have continued.

If having an affair while married is a dismissable offense, what about CB Wells, Bruce, little Ricky Wells, Hagaman? :?

"It appears my hypocrasy knows no bounds." Holiday- "Tombstone"

It has been the season of DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO, since Charlie came into office. It doesn't look like it will slow down any time soon. Its too bad too, what with all the talented people we have here. If you made it into a law enforcement agency, instead of a personal fiefdom that does law enforcement work, we could all have an enjoyable workplace. But, the likes of BM, Chuckie and JH would have to look for a real job. The Jar Head would also have to compete for his coming position. Maybe one of these days....

This applies directly to the former and current administration. BS and CBW are more alike than is known probably.

Yeah, Graves is fit for duty. As fit as R.C., who had to be pried out of his house by the SWAT team. Let's see, he still works at MSO, and has considerible rank. As fit as C.A., who pulled his duty weapon while on duty, as a superviser, pointed it at another deputy, and threatoned to kill him. As fit as B.W., whose **** continues to cause inter- and intra-agency embarressment. As Fit as Gard, 24 years old going on 12, with his Superman fetish/fixation/fantasy, who breaks into people's houses and seduces other deputies wives. Maybe Tifany was a willing participant in an affair, for a time, but I don't think Ben ever signed up for it. And yet what Gard did doesn't constetute 'conduct unbecoming'? If Gard keeps doing what he did with Graves he's eventually going to do it to the wrong man's wife and an angry husband is going to give him the assbeating he deserves. Assuming the husband is even-timpered. Gard sped down the same roads Graves did...Gard ran the same redlights Graves did. Gard lied about the whole damn thing. "She stabbed the dash 3 times." One age-crack in the dash...where's the three (3) stab marks, junior? But Hagaman "has lost complete faith in Det. Graves", but apparently not the immature, lying son of his secretary, who he is protecting. So what's the message here? If the agency doesn't considar what Gard did 'conduct unbecoming', does that mean the agency approves and condones deputies trying to seduce other deputies wives or husbands? They didn't need to put out a new G.O. to prevent that kind of conduct. That was just a mechenism employed to protect Gard by inferring that what he did wasn't covered by existing G.O.'s. Let's see...R.C., C.A., B.W., B.G....anything in common here? Oh, yeah. They're all males. They all misbehaved. They're all still employed. Imagine that. Maybe Hagaman's glare works better at intimidating women than men. Brad was right about one thing...there's definitely some shinanigans going on. And it looks like they are taking place in his I.A. unit and in the administration. This case could have been handled fairly and justly, but people wanted to play hardball and bully the woman and now the circus is just starting. Embarrassment? This is just the start of it. Wait until the civil suit comes. You ain't seen nothing yet.
