THE REAL STORY ABOUT RBPD

At the Riviera Beach Police Department you will not find more dedicated, well trained and hard working Officers. Like anywhere, we have people that are always talking crap and how bad they have it; but they won't do nothing about it. Main thing at the department is that you DO YOUR JOB. If you do that, you will be fine. Don't get mixed up in the "bad ones" that are always looking down at the department and how it's ran. Ofcourse, there are some people that DO NOT deserve or have enough experience to be where they are, but that's how the cookie crumbles and there is nothing we can do about it.

We are not the highest paid Officers or have the best contract, but we get paid another way, KNOWLEDGE. When you becaome a part of our team you are becoming a part of the BEST. Depsite enternal issues between Officers or the adminstration, YOU WILL ALWAYS have back-up and work with the best guys and girls in the business.

If you are looking to become a part of the BEST, make that step today we will be glad to have you. Just remember you gotta BRING YOU "A" GAME and BE READY!!!!!

Good post..its a shame people get hired by your Dept. just to get an "in" then do two years and split.. its like a revolving door

Theres a couple guys right now in your Dept have not even done two years, and they are just about out your door. Nice loyalty, they wouldn't even have a job in Law Enforcement if Riviera did not hire them, and yet they are hauling a$s asap. Nice

As for not having a job in Law Enforcement you about right on that one if you want to transfer your screwed no other Agency wants Riveria pd officers we are black marked as the worse...

They look real good today with the raid by FBI and State Attorney on their headquarters LOL!
