ill tell you why they keep ESFR because this place is all about appearance not quality... they dont care if the residents get a better service from the county, they just want them to THINK that the city is trying to look out for them... same applies for the PD they dont care if we are safe or not, they care that the citizens BELIEVE we have the city under control when we are short staffed!! and nasty police vehicles!!! thats what most cities are about, the perception... if people in city hall convince the residence they are safer then theyll get elected again...

They should get rid of them and make it a substaion for us. Less $$$ and better police service for that area. But then again, what makes sense is usually the popular vote.
