but when it came time to dish out raises, who was taken care of? did any officer get a bonus? did any officer get 10% plus raises? were positions created for any officer? did any officer get a $40,000 raise? what credit have we gotten? how about the sands guy working in special projects? cant we use his $45,000 for OT?

The OT cuts have ONLY affected the officers. Officers are making sacrifices. What sacrafices have non-union peronnel made? How have they taken a hit? The only hits have been officer safety and OT. Once again we get shiit on.
