What a stupid statement. I suppose the SO never handles robberies in their jurisdiction and I read stories all day long where the SO prevented a robbery in the county. SPPD caught a bank robber while conducting surveillance in the county last week, because the SO was too busy to help catch a bank robber. Get off the SO kick, will ya'
