Let's find and elect a Mayor that will support our department. Next 62 or 14 I take on the air will be trying to find one. It might sound like a joke but if the Citizens of Hialeah see that the entire Police Department supports a candidate, they might just vote for that person. Perhaps it might all backfire and JR wins again, then we'll all be riding Carriolas or worse.

Mark Overton for Mayor in 2008 or whatever year it is the elections are on.

He's got my vote, 300 plus to go.

He hasn't been to the Rolando B school of Sale your Soul to the Politicos.

Did the Mayor as an attempt to stop or slow down any kind of mass exodus place nothing but a Band-Aid on the third floor? It's a shame that someone like Mark Overton is being used by the dogs at 501 Palm.

He can only be used by the dogs at city hall if he allows it. He can always take a stand for what he believes in and what is right, regardless of the outcome or be used. It's up to him and everybody is watching if he only talks the talk or can he walk the walk also. Only time will tell. :?:
