    SARASOTA - A woman was stabbed to death near Booker High School Monday night.

    Sarasota Police say the stabbing happened on 36th Street, which is off N. Orange Avenue and one block south of Myrtle Street.

    Police are looking for 48-year-old Morris Crenshaw, whom police believe fatally stabbed his ex-girlfriend in her home after entering through a back window.

    Police say there is no connection between this case and the fatal shooting near Myrtle Street and U.S. 41 earlier the same evening.
