Seminole
So I guess if you get in trouble with your department and get fired. We can work at Seminole. I know lot's of Cops who were terminated from BSO, Cooper City or didn't make FTO and went to Seminole.
Your experience at Seminole is no match to much larger agencies. So get over yourselves.

So you’re talking in easy 15 K contribution a year.
Now go to your online 401 k calculator and put in the projections over 20 years with a 15 k contribution at a modest 12% interest
It will make your 75% look like garbage.

Other departments do have better benefits. We were heading that way then something happened. Yes, we make good money and the brass make much more. They need to take care of us, we darn sure take care of them and the community. Look at the budget it's twice what it used to be and we haven't seen any of it and the brass are not telling us anything. Other dept's are always informed about their budget and pay. All we get here is we're looking into it. This dept is top heavy Sgt's and LT's are sitting around doing nothing but bragging on themselves, look at tampa and brighton., enough said. Bottom line we have a job.
