Per departmental S.O.P's...any citizen requesting an officer to respond shall get it.

More respect for Dispatchers and Complaint Officers, they have the toughest job in the Dept.... that people like you "ignorant" don't have any idea of what they gone through.

Don't hate the messenger. Those are the policies that the hardworking people at Communications have to live by. If you don't like it, then have your new Chief change it. That is simple enough. Oh that's right he is just as powerless as the old chief with 501 pALM aVE!!!

NOBODY HAS ANY CLUE OF ALL THE AGGRAVATION THAT COMMUNICATION HAS TO TAKE FROM CITIZENS BEFORE DISPATCHING A CALL!!

AND IT GETS WORSE WHEN PEOPLE LIKE WHAT WE HAVE IN THE COMMAND STAFF CRITICIZED THEIR JOB AND DONT GIVE ANY SUPPORT!
