I'm most definitely pro-college, but this demonstrates that memory can never replace good judgment. We can't pay enough money for good candidates who have good judgment. Sometimes we don't know what we're getting in the hiring process until they hit the FTO program. That's where the rubber meets the road. Having a good memory doesn't outweigh good judgment. Shocked
