HE WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY TRAINING , BECAUSE HE IS A HIGHLY SKILLED AND MOTIVATED HAND-UP AND CAN ADVISE ON ALL FDLE LAWS AND DEPARTMENT PROCEDURES, ALTHOUGH HE BRAGS ABOUT NOT GETTING CAUGHT.
