So a dispatcher gets written up for doing something, while the dispatch supervisor is standing right there when it happens. Yet the supervisor doesnt tell her how to do it the right way. Nancy's supervisor finds out and ordres het to write her up. Nancy doesnt say anything to her supervisor. Meanwhile the dispatcher gets written up.
