I check in on this board once in a while, because I love el chisme and its nice to see how things are going at HPD. When I DO post, I have no problem putting my name to my words. The only time I didn't have was at the absolute beginning of LeoAffairs, as I met the creator (a Tampa detective) and he made me the mod here (I did it quietly for a few years before I got tired of the bs that came along with it).

As for deciding to have a life or watch porn...well then you REALLY dont know me. I have a life and LOVE porn, so I'll continue to do both!

Feel free to call me out again if you wish...just put your name alongside with the post. In the meantime, much love to all of you out there who continue to risk it all. Be safe and back eachother up! 👍✌
Garzon, you are a real BSer. You only check the board once in a while, yet the day after the post about you here you are defending yourself. BS you are one of the idiots posting on here every day.

Sorry "SJM", you're wrong. Do I come on here all the time, absolutely. I think we already established that. Do I post without my name. Nope. Do I respond to myself?? Not even at my highest papo!

Now, am I a BS'er....well yeah, always have been, always will be.

Hopefully this clears things up for you. Again, feel free to give me a call (its the same number Ive always had, and if I ever gave you 1 ounce of credibility as a fellow cop then you should have it) and I can go over the above v e r y s l o w l y for ya!

Everyone keep staying safe out there and remember to keep setting yourself up for retirement the 1st time. Invest, save, and be fiscally smart! Much love to you all 👍✌

I'll once again sign off using my REAL name and not a set of letters, cause that's what your supposed to do when calling someone out 😁💪🖕

Gambling IS going on in Hialeah, and we do not mean the type at the Race Track. No, is the one hidden, or in brazen plain view at most businesses in the city -- that is the ever-present MAQUINITAS! These gambling machines operate in defiant violation of Florida State Statute, Section 849.15, Manufacture, sale, possession, etc., of slot machines or devices prohibited.

WHY? These machines are making a lot of money for many people, one quarter at a time, and that is how Organize Crime likes it. In 2013, when the machines were declared illegal by the Florida Legislature, and the Governor signed it into law, then Hialeah PD, PIO Carl Zogby preposterously said:

"We have changed our stance," said Carl Zogby, spokesman for the Hialeah Police Department. "For now, we’re not prohibiting the machines in Hialeah businesses so long as they’re not used for the payment of prizes." The city is basing its approach on a legal opinion it says it received from the state Attorney General’s Office. But a spokeswoman for that agency told the Miami Herald on Friday that no such opinion exists. As if the players are playing for the sheer thrill of it all! No, you ethically devoid dolt, players play, with the expectation of getting a reward, generally money.

These machines are not a new Organized Crime money-making venture; they have been in existence since the 1900s; in 1934, NYC Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia kicked them out of NYC. Consequently, Frank Costello moved his racketeering activities to New Orleans, then Tampa, Florida, under Santos Trafficante's protection and blessing, with Dade County soon getting in the money-making fete.

ILLEGAL gambling has been Organized Crime's "mother's milk" forever, and the ramification for other more nefarious crimes, like Loan Sharking, Extortions, Arsons . . . The Miami Herald should ask the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Director Mike McHargue, WHY do you allow this organized crime enterprise to go on in Hialeah. The same question must be made to Dade County State Attorney K. F. Rundle and Mayor Cava, Dade's defacto Sheriff. While at it, what do the two Hialeah mayoral candidates have to say about it?

First of all that's an old article. Secondly, I dare you....dare you... to express these concerns in person to the scorpion or the rock. There are just some things you don't go sticking your nose into!

Your response speaks volumes regarding the corruption that controls the city of Hialeah and its police department. The noses that should stick themselves into such corruption are not mine or yours; this cancer has metastasized to such degree that it needs incisive intervention from The State of Florida, Miami Dade County, and the FBI where applicable.

These entities have the means to dare but inexplicably have not injected themselves, which begs the question: WHY NOT?

Be patient. I believe the plans are to get a conviction in the Menocal case, and then cut a sentencing deal in return for his cooperation against the highest echelons.

"Hope spring is eternal," the proverb says, but let us be realistic. Do you think for a second that Hialeah's "highest corrupt echelons" would have trusted Menocal Jr. with any sensitive illegal operation? From what I have read about the man and his alleged acts, this individual is dumber than a rock. Still, something will eventually take place; criminality has its own shelf life.

Yes, Menocal was dumb and came from a corrupt family, which is exactly why Hernandez and Velazquez chose him as their bag man. Promoted him to Sgt and put him in charge of sex crimes so he had a good reason to be in Bella's to pick up their payola. And Bellas was certainly not the only client. Don't forget Hernandez was a loan shark prior to being elected.
Why do you think Velazquez spiked the Menocal investigation for 4 years and to this very day refuses to say a critical word about him, or express empathy to his many victims?
