No, actually they have more budgeted openings then they will promote. Either way the city works on a fiscal year, not annual, so we’re just a couple of months into this year.

Hey Kerr, you have the smarts for this, How many Sgt's and Lt's do you think will get promoted until the list are done. I see a few names on the sgts and lts i would not mine get promoted. Give us your thoughts on this
