    Brandon Oaks apts off of Parsons Rd in Brandon has a 2 bedroom 1 bath apt for an officer with a marked police vehicle. Nice quiet community with 2 pools and a tennis court. Very little is asked from the officer and the rent is half price. The apt should be ready for move in around the middle of December. Call Joyce or Janel at (813)684-2200.

    The price for the 2 bedroom 1 bath apt will be in the $405 per month range. The management is great!

    1/2 price apt for Deputy

    The courtesy Officer apt is still available if anyone is interested. I did it for 3 yrs and saved a bunch of money. I think the management called me twice in 3 yrs with a problem. Contact Joyce or Janel at Brandon Oaks 813-684-2200. Must have a marked patrol car. The apt will be ready around the 3rd week of December.
