There is no hiding this one although it does appear that is what they are trying to do. It is believed that was the haste in his leaving. Let's see how many people are going to put their careers on the line for this guy.

Just remember KD, RB, DW all knew what he was doing and they let him get away with it for years. They are all corrupt for sitting by and doing nothing. The sad part is that all the people who were on the command staff that had the exp and ability to run this place have left or will be leaving. The future is not very promising. This is the result of promoting your friends who were unqualified.

He covered up more wrongdoing for the all the people he worked for in MPD which is why they kept him around as a payback. Remember how Mel Keith Ray all took him on those three week paid motorcycle rides cross country while they all said they used vacation time.

Seriously, That administration in this place has been so bad for years that every IA case they have tried to put together for the past 10 years has been overturned on appeal. The only cases that have been concrete are when the ASA takes over and files criminal charges and that's only when the current and past chiefs decide not to hide a case from them. The idiots in charge now have both been past IA political appointees who just do as they were told and have never have a successful case PERIOD!!

People who lack street smarts and common sense are great to have in IA for us as they will never prove a case. :lol:

Davis was up to his old tricks and doing things he had no business doing, things that were extremely 10-30. If it were anyone else there would be criminal charges filed. This is all being swept under the carpet so he can just smoothly transition into retirement. Nothing has changed over the years as the people who are in the clique have free reign to do as they please with the knowledge that nothing will ever happen to them and others who are not in the clique are held accountable for every little thing. If there was ever a "do as I say not as I do" person it would be Davis.
