I love it when they bring in "experts" from the outside to fix things in the broken agency. Every administration has it's own experts that they have to bring to fix the problems from the previous administration. Speaking of the Levines I hear that SL hasn't exactly won over the staff at his new post! As usual, no one likes him. Oh well it doesn't really matter, he'll get a better job with more money after he wreaks havoc over at the new place.
