Budget problems?

You guys having some budget problems? I can't go anywhere without seeing a dozen cruisers waiting to pull out some traffic tickets.

Really, I can't afford these inane infractions popping up at random times, could I just make my financial donation in advance so I can budget it? (its not a moving infraction its freaking technicalities so don't tell me to learn to drive. I've never had an accident)

What's a fair cost to drive around without being harassed? $200? $500? You guys make more money than me so I can't spend big bucks buying you new cars, laptops with wireless internet, etc. I mean I wish I had those things too but at this point I'll be glad to do my 20 miles of driving back and forth from work without being robbed by a badge on my way home.

Can I get a little sticker or something that shows I already paid my share?

1. You haven't caused an accident YET.

2. Leave 10 minutes earlier for work and you won't be in such a rush that you have all these "moving infraction technicality" issues.
