Stupid Question

Ok, here is my stupid question. If you can be DUI on a bicycle, can you be BUI in a canoe? Somebody asked me and I have no clue. I figured you guys might know since you do more BUI's then us city folk. Thanx.

FS 327.35 says that under physical control of vessel by bac .08 or more. If the canoe is registered as a vessel under florida, I think it would fly as far as PC but you and I know our SAO would never toouch it

It was a city officer asking a question. I didnt recall he or she asking your personal opining just if it a legal. PERIOD. Leave it alne and quit trying to make something out of nothing. :twisted:
