you are such a naive brown nose, have you ever been exposed to any other work environment?, even your days at target? morale SUCKS here ,it is not progressive, quid pro quo prevails in every aspect here ,by going outside you can see who made the most strides ACROSS the board ,crime, morale,community relations etc. sort of proof positive in the before and after in their cities. stop holding and hugging a failed agency,which stats show has had this dilema for YEARS, attrition, poor morale,conflicts of interest(admin), double standards ,poor crime stats and community relations...do you need a piano to fall on your head to get it?? when you get off probation ,you will see only 1 in 10 people here do full term(25 yrs.) ,astounding huh? ,but documented fact.
