    OUR DEPT. HAD BEEN DIVIDED BY THOSE CORRUPT LEADERS WHO WISHED TO STAY IN POWER FOR 4YRS. NOW,THE TIDE HAS FINALLY TURNED AND ALL OUR UNITED AGAINST THESE ABUSIVE MEN.
    FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MANY YRS WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING STANDING STRONG AGAINST FRANK FERNANDEZ AND HIS PUPPET,TMONEY:
    F.O.P.,H.O.A.,MCPBA AND P.B.A.
    WE ARE FINALLY ONE!!
    MAKE OUR COLLECTIVE VOICES HEARD EVERYDAY BUT ESPECIALLY ON SEPT.4TH...
    OUST THE MAD MEN!

    What type of men stay on knowing that 99% of the grunts,not the a$$ kissing staff,hates them and wants them out??
