Looks like i will be coming aboard w/ PCSO, I've been in law enforcement for 6 years and have read some of the posting to get a handle on whats going on but would appreciate any intel I could get as to what to expect and any helpfull advise, LEO to LEO. Thank you in advance.

Trust me I understand, its the same way in many departments. I just want to make the best of it I can. TY, and see you around.

I couldn't agree more. Our agency is a great place to work and it is what you make of it. Equipment is great, conditions are great, and pay is good. Its very busy, call to call. But isn't that our job. Good luck, stay safe, and don't listen to the P.S. that is being posted here about people. Our only proplem, is we need to all get along, not fight with people.
