I know him! Nice homely little guy but shoots himself in the foot more than Barney Fife! Kinda got screwed out of the Airport but actually kind of shot himself in the foot here too! I wouldnt have him on my basketball team but I he'd make a great stunt double for any of the characters from March of the Penguins!

He got what he deserved. Tried to go back to Weston and Chief P only laughed after he had someone ask for him. Dirty Dog but don't take my word for it just give it time he will show you in time.
