Think about our City's Money Crisis ~
I wouldn't put this past Poor Slick Ricky .......
Especially with traffic citations currently down 13% over last year....

This would be just a little hidden cost most honest citizens wouldn't be aware of.....
Until traffic operations increased on the north and west sides of town, where they don't run from us.

What could they say - - - - if found guilty ?
Lots of community involved time served for one thing.....
What does the City get right now for a speeding ticket ?
Is there any way they get more money ?????
